This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold on this website by DOT support, trading as E. Katsouranis A Kalovelonis OE.
Digital products
All products sold on this website are digital downloads or digitally delivered software extensions for EspoCRM. Because delivery can happen immediately after payment, refund decisions are handled with regard to the nature of digital goods and applicable law.
Refund requests
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@dotsupport.gr within 14 days of purchase and include your order details together with the reason for the request.
When refunds may be granted
Refunds may be granted in cases such as duplicate charges, technical defects that make the product materially unusable as described, or delivery problems that cannot be resolved by support within a reasonable time.
When refunds may be declined
Refunds may be declined for change-of-mind purchases after digital delivery, for incompatibility with unsupported custom environments, or where the product was delivered substantially as described and support has offered a reasonable troubleshooting path. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights that apply under consumer protection law.
How refunds are processed
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method or the applicable payment provider workflow.
